Web Development

You can trust us to take a designer’s mockup then quickly and accurately convert it into a responsive WordPress site.

How We Work

Phase 1: Proposal & Deposit

First, you will complete a questionnaire. You’ll provide background information about your company and goals for the website so we can create a custom proposal based on your needs. Once the proposal has been accepted, you’ll submit your deposit for 50% of the total investment.

Phase 2: Discovery

We will create a sitemap and interactive prototype of your site. Once approved, you’ll provide existing site content, brand colors, logos, links, and images.

Phase 3: Design

During this stage, I’ll create a high fidelity (full-color) mockup so we can decide on the final layout and functionality of the site, then you’ll submit the next payment for 30% of the total investment..

Phase 4: Development

We will code the site based on the final design. This step takes the longest, but once the development site is complete, we will send you a link to a live staging site. We will make any necessary changes (two rounds max) and upload all the content.

Phase 5: Testing

This is where we will move the staging site to hosting account, take care of any domain transfers, and test it in all major browsers. You may stay with your provider or host with us. We offer services hosting with all of our site care plans. This stage generally takes 3-5 days.

Phase 6: Launch

This is the most exciting step! Once the site is live, We will teach you how to use it. From there, you can begin promoting it.

What’s Next?

First, you’ll complete my questionnaire. This is your opportunity to tell us why you need a website and what the website should achieve. The more information you provide, the better the solution we can recommend.

Here are some of the things you’ll need to know before you begin:

  • What services or products do you offer?
  • What are the goals for your business?
  • Who are your competitors?
  • Who is your target audience?
  • What is your design style?
  • How do you measure success?

You don’t need to know all of the answers right now. Fill in as much as you can so we can get a clear picture of your needs. We will guide you through the rest.
